I shoot 9gr of Unique for light loads with 240gr Laser cast semiwadcutter, but best accuracy is at 10.5gr of Unique. I can get 2" groups at 50 yards with this one.

bc,
Do you put gas checks on, or just shoot them the way they are?

Thanks.

No gas checks needed for this load. Laser cast also suggests upwards of 23gr of H110. If I shot that heavy, I would buy the trueshot gas checked bullets instead of the plain ole semiwadcutters.

loaded a few 44mag with 11 gr unique and 180 gr sierra hp's . nice low recoil load very pleasant to shoot. only managed a couple of shots before the weather chased me in. looking forward to seeing how they group after this nor'easter blows through. hehe.

That does sound like a nice low load. I am going to try some 200gr xtps and HP38.
