I scrap my handgun brass after four loads.. just my personal preference. No real reason for it except I don't trust it. I scrap whole batches sooner if I notice loose primer pockets, splitting, etc..
I just wandered. I usually get 4 maybe 5 loads out of my other stuff. But i figured the plating would make the casesmore brital. I have some and hate to waste cases.
in my experience the plated stuff is all ways the first to go bad , were i
used it the most was in my 444 , i don't buy it any more , brass lasts way longer. the only reason that the plated ones even came to be was because it does not turn green in leather shell holders.and theres all was some one out there that has to have pretty bullets.
