Default Brass headstamp ID?

Someone sent me a bunch of 7mm-08 brass on another forum. It all looks good, except a few have bad dents in the shoulders. No problem there, perfectly recyclable. But they have a new to me headstamp, it reads: Frontier 7mm-08 Rem

I am mostly curious about it, like who the actual maker is, should it be used, etc. Any ideas? I tried searching the web but mostly came up with Ruger's frontier rifle hits.

I use some frontier. But for some odd reason, it doesn't last very long. I get maybe 3 loading out of it. I have to watch it close to make sure none of it is split.

Older Hornady stock, the new stuff reads Hornady. Completely safe to use as long as there is no other problems. The dents in the should are probably hydraulic dents from too much lube when sizing.

So can I assume they've been reloaded before? They were there when I got them, before tumbling. They are tear-shaped and rather large, reminds me of a feed jam/stovepipe in a .45 for some reason. Only finding one ejection mark on the rims, though.
Thanks all for ID'ing them.. I have about 60 here and am glad to have them "in stock".

Possibly, when you got them was the primer still in or out. May have just been resized and deprimed. Only way to know is to ask the source.

Primers were in, silver colored and unfortunately for me, they were range pick-ups.

Silver primers were probably federal, most likely loaded before.
