Default Is this reloading kit a good deal? Hornady

Hey guys I'm wanting to start reloading this year, spefically for my .44spl, 45-70, and .35 rem. I'm at this point completely illiterate to the subject and gonna try to dive in just abit later on. I noticed Cabelas has a Hornady Lock-N-Load Classic kit http://www.hornady.com/shop/?page=shop/search2&keyword=085001, bottom of the page. but here's a similar kit for ALOT less.
http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/links/link.jsp?id=0003080210524a&type=product&cm Cat=search&returnPage=search-results1.jsp&QueryText=lock-n-load+classic+kit&N=4887&Ntk=Products&N tx=mode+matchall&Nty=1&Ntt=lock-n-load+classic+kit&noImage=0

Do you think the Hornady kit would be worth the cost, i know it says that with the purchase i can get 500 free bullets. Or do I need to just piece a kit together?

Just starting out myself, but I've decided on the Lee setup.. if things don't turn out well, I'm not out too much.
The 500 bullets are worth roughly $95 based on the .284 I'd need for 7mm-08 using Cabela's prices. Deduct that for their $260 price for total of $165 + $10 S&H (on bullets). Not too bad for a LnL, I suppose. My only reservation would be could I find a good load that would like the limited selection available or do I get stuck with 500 bullets I don't need/want?

You will love the Hornady press. The L N L feature makes die changes very quick with minimal cost. The 500 bullets are icing on the cake.
Hornady has excellent customer service and freely gives advice on load recipies as well.
I have owned Hornady presses since 1985 and during that time have listened to others say their brand was superior and have purchased several others and have always gone back to my original purchase, even buying another a few years ago. You can spend more money on reloading presses but you will not buy a better product for the money

well thats what i like to hear about hornady. i'm a big supporter of their factory loads. i figure worst case if they dont have the bullets i really truly want(which i probably *will* want a different bullet) I will have some bullets just for target loads to have fun with. Does anyone know if I can mix and match bullets with the offer. Like 200 .35 cal, 300 .44 cal, etc?

I've never bought anything from Hornady I didn't like.
