Default Help, Left my Lee Reloading book back home

Hello,

I am on vacation and I have some spare time to do some reloading, however I left my Lee reloading book at home and I'm kinda screwed. I am loading Nosler ballistic tips 120,140,150 grain bullets with IMR 4064. Can some one tell me were I can get the loading info or post a link, oh for a 7mm rem mag. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks All

You might do a google search; which should take you to some of the popular loading data websites like handloads.com or loadingdata.com.
