I measure from outside to outside of the farthest holes and then subtract the bullet diameter (caliber). This gives you the same as center to center.I find it easier to preciselylocate the outside edge of a hole as opposed the center.

.....or you can take the two farthest holes and measure from the inside of one to the outside of the other....this elimanates subtracting the bullet diameter thus giving you more time to shoot. One hole groups are a bit harder.

Thanks, I was trying to gauge my results with TSX and Scirroco's to other people on the forum. 1/2 inch with TSX, and 5/8 with scirroco's at 100 yards. Both300 winmag 165 grain @3300 fps.
