Petrey, the guys on here are great about helping the newcomers. Having said that, you'll find several (maybe even dozens) of threads asking that same question. One is only four or five posts behind this one right now. Use the search feature and use something like "start reloading". One thing you'll for sure be told is to get a GOOD reloading manual. You'll think you're back in the college bookstore buying textbooks...but they're worth it, and they'll teach you the basics of reloading. Once you've got the basics down you'll know what the necessary tools are. I'd help more, but I'm extremely knew to this as well. If you have any pistols I'd go ahead and get dies for it as well. The straight-walled calibers are a little more beginner friendly I think. That's my experience anyways.

petrey, as soilarch has said you will need a good reloading book. i recommend Hornadys reloading books. they tell you just about everything you need to know about reloading to get started. RCBS has a starter kit that has most of the things you need to get set up. it comes with a press, scales, powder measure, and other stuff to get you going. please read all you can before reloading and understand what you are doing. ive been reloading for a long time and enjoy making my own loads for my rifles. its not a chore and i treat it as a hobby. good luck. if you have any questions please ask.
