Default TO James B and charlie brown

I am going to buy my primers and powder locally as suggested. I seen my total price and it went from 106 dollars to 190 just in shipping fees for the powder and primers. Here is what I've got. I've read alot about the Sierra GameKing Bullets, the hollow points at 85 grains. I am going to get them. I like the idea of having a hollow point . What do you two think about the list before I actually order??

Looks good to me. I am not sure you will need the crimping die, as those bullets don't have a crimping cannalure on them, but would be good to get in case you go with another bullet.Only thing I see missing is the actual reloading dies for the .243 WSSM. I think that is all. Good luck.

No, the die will have 2 main pieces to it. Also, look at a good reloading manual or two. Something like The Basics of reloading I think it is, which will go through the steps with you in detail. Also, I am not sure what data is available for the .243 WSSM in published manuals, so you will have to go to Sierras Website and try and find some supplemental data. You might even email them for some some reccomendations of specific powder and primer for that cartridge. Good luck.

Ah...
here it is...

The ABC's of Reloading

Look it up on midway USA, and you should be able to find it there. A good investment IMO.

Get the Lee die set that comes with the Factory Crimp Die. It is only a few more bucks and you can still crimp bullets that don't have the cannalure. Crimping the non-crimpable bullet will keep the bullet at the right OAL when used in guns with magazine and just a light crimp will do it too.

according to Lee, They do not make the set with the factory crimp die for that caliber. If they did, I would.
