I was just wondering what everyone thinks of this web site www.bulletdudes.com. I think its a great idea, and couldsave a reloader alot of money.

I dunno, its probably a good idea if you have no real contact with any other reloaders. Me personally I dont have too many boxes just laying around, because one of my friends will probably use it or need it eventually, or they get used for fouling shots. I wonder if they are buying all these bullets as normal packs and then repacking themselves?

I usually go thru atleast 50 of each bullet when working up a load.
generally between 5 and 10 groups of 5 with different powders and powder weights.
I just don't think I can accurately judge a bullet from 5 shots

Hairtrigger - I know what you mean about multiple groups, but nothing is to say you couldn't buy more than one pack.. I usually narrow down the powder first so there are far fewer combinations (as you know just the powder combos are endless.) I reload on a skinny budget so any help with cost that I can find I take. Just one man's opinion..

hmmm!! dont make any sense to me.............. only 5 bullets in a pack I need atleast 15 to work up a load and maybe another ten just to see if my rifle likes the load or not. then they are askin 1 buck for 5 .224 50 grain v-max bullets thats highway robbery a sham a scam thats a 50% mark up especially if they are giving you only pennies for your old bullets they could be making 90% profit. I suppose they maybe on to something but they should think about packaging in atleast 10 packs and rethink what they are charging for them. it might be worth it if they were charging around 60 cents or so for 5 50 grain v-max bullets then they are charging out the ying yang for shipping........ even buying in large amounts from my local dealer at this point is just a tad more but a heck of alot more convenient. besides none of my extra bullets really go to waste i usually load up plinkin loads with the extras or give them away to friends.

I would have to order at least 5 or more "packs" of five each, since load development takeslots more than five bullets!!

Mine usually come from midwayusa.com and I buy at least a hundred at a time. If they dont work for me I give them to someone I like who might get some use out of them.I agree with the other guys, five isn't enough.
