Default RCBS Customer Service

Bought a set of 308 dies at Cabelas last week and brought them home and cases get stuck every time even with lube. Called RCBS and they are sending a new die no questions asked, not even proof I even bought dies.

I have spent many hours on the phone with the girls there, I think her name is Dory? Man she knows soooooo much about reloading, I asked her to marry me, but she is already married. Funny thing is she doesnt ever reload herself she just knows alot I will always deal with RCBS no questions asked.

I highly disagree Mossy. I have been on the phone for over a decade or more with those folks. And I believe they need to put a reloader on the other end. All they know how to do is send you stuff. Which is cool I guess. I have a problem with my cutter. It wouldn't line the brass up. I kept telling them its the frame. But they insisted on shipping me the rod, even the turn handle, that was a waste. Then the clamp assembly, of course that didn't work. Finally, theysent me the frame. Problem fixed. Good news is I got almost an entire new trimmer. But it was weeks in the making.

WOW. I was going to start this same thread. I just got off the phone with them. I have the digital scale and I broke the tray that they call the (platten). I told her that I broke it and she said "No problem, I will send you out a new one at NO COST". That is way cool to me.

Sorry bigcountry that they took a while to get you the right part but at least they kept working with you until it was fixed.

Because we as americans have came to the point where we are just happy if we get something fixed if broken, but I remember the time, where we expected no less than never having to call customer service period.

Remember the best customer service in the world is the one you never had to call.

What?? never had to call that doesnt make sense. I guess I get what your saying kindabut when have "We as Americans"(thx for speaking for all of us.) "expected no less than never having to call customer service period." was this before phones or what? I missed that anouncement.
Since we have made stuff-stuff has failed and needed replaced and we've had to talk to someone from the company for service.

I know I sound like a Smart-A so I apologize to everyone for that but I just dontagree with anything you just stated.

Well congrads duck. I have this strange feeling you never will have to call RCBS, redding, dillion or any reloading company.
