Default flashhole deburring observation

I was preping some cases tonite and I noticed something that puzzled me. Some of my cases were once fired factory rounds and the others were twice fired reloads. The weird thing is when I cleaned with my flash hole deburrer, the ones that were once fired factory rounds had a ton of shavings come out. The ones that I had deburred in the past and then reloaded were completely clean. Is this because the factory doesnt take the time to clean out the flashholes on their new brass? Anyone else notice this?

Dumb question
Is the OAL the same on the 1X vs the 2x fired??
Maybe the 2X is longer

I can"™t see why factory brass would have the flash hole deburred. It"™s just an extra step in production that most guys don"™t care about. Just my 2¢...

Very few factory loaded cases have a uniform flash hole. Most simply punch a hole through the primer pocket which leaves a large burr on the inside of the case.

Imagine shooting a bullet through a piece of tin, look on the back side and that's what the flash hole looks like on the inside of the case.

Hunting grade ammo doesn't have to be capeable of benchrest accuracy.

There are companies like Norma that have very uniform flash holes with no burrs but you pay for it.

True, the burr comes from the factory punching the flash hole, not drilling it.

Nosler brass is supposed to be deburred and sorted by weight

Let me rephrase my question... I thought a flash hole had to be deburred only once???

Not only do factory flashholes come out of round, ragged, and off center, but sometimes one gets through with no flashhole altotgether. A few years ago one of the top pistol shooters in the country loss a national level match because one of his factory loads didn't even have a flash hole.
