I tend to buy most of mine online. However, I've been buying some supplies recently from Sportsman's Warehouse which openedtwo stores in my area this year. Here are links to some online vendors that have been good to deal with:
As far as buying online or in a store, it just depends on what's more convenient for me at the time and what I need. Online venders generally have a wider selection it seems to me. I'll generally check around and see who's got the best price, but it doesn't always boil down to price alone. I've never bought powders online, though, due to the HAZMAT fee.
I usually buy my reloading supplies locally. I like to keep the money close to home, rather than send it every which way. The extra I pay locally is really negligable when compared to what it would cost to ship to my home in the small quantaties that I typically buy.

For bullets I normally like Cabelas because of their flat rate shipping and not weight. Also, Midway is good for non bulk rifle bullets. Powder and primers, if I can discipline myself and can plan things out in advance I'll buy them online from Powder Valley Inc. They have great prices and shipping is not bad, but that dreaded $20 hazmat fee is still something I hate to contend with. Grafs is also a good place for bullets.
If I need something right away, I'll go to the Shooters Discount Warehouse in Daleville, VA, even though it is a few bucks more.
