270 WSM Reloading Data?

Any reload the 270 WSM? Where can I find reloading data for it? If you do reload it, what are your experiences with it, and what type of gun are you shooting?

I"™ve been doing a number of testing with different bullets and powders to find the write combo for my rifle, but found out this weekend that 130 gr. Barnes TSX with RL19 worked the best for now. I was very impressed with the tightest groups yet. I stile have lots of work ahead, but looks like the Barnes is the ticket. If you"™re interested I found a web page that had some good loads for the 270WSM but herman gave a good location for info on the 270WSM. I hope you enjoy your 270WSM as much as I do.

I have found 66-67 grains of H4831 works well with 130 grain bullets and 70-71 grains of Retumbo works well for 140 grain bullets.

CapDog, That"™s an excellent groups. Can"™t ask for anything better, but was just wondering. Do you consistently get that tight of groups or was this the best group you got ?

Trailer,I wish I could shoot that group all the time. It is the best group I have shot with that rifle. Its a Winchester Super Shadow with a Weaver 3-9x38 scope. Less than 50 rounds through the rifle total, so still breaking it in. The absolute worst group it has shot was 1.5" the majority are right around 1" and this is with various different loads. That picture being one of the most recent ( I think I'll be keeping it ) However becuase of where I hunt mule deer elk are also on the menu so I've decided on the 140gr Accubond over 71gr of Retumbo which so far groups pretty much bang on 1".
