Recipe for hevishot #2

Anybody got a recipe for #2 hevishot in 3 inch 12 gauge? One of the guys I hunt with aske dme and I didn't know, he also wanted to know fi you could use any type of hull and wad?

What 3" hulls do you have ?

No just a few 3" hulls are worth loading
Cheddite ( Kent steel shot hull )
Rem type VI ( steel shot hull)
Activ
Fed plastic base wad 3 " ( steel shot hull)

Wads are steel shot wads , I use Sam 1

I load RSI loads http://www.bucksrunsports.com/
They list wads , hulls , load books and hevi shot ( have to call in order)
