I loaded some of these up for my .25-06 Ackley Improved last month and wound up using the same load of RL22as what was full throttle for the 117 Sierra, for what it's worth.

There is a lot of loads in Hodgdons book for 100&117 gr.bullets. i would take the powder your using and devide the difference to use as your starting load.or go to www.loaddata.com they will have what you want. vangunsmith

Can't get these to shoot yet in my 25-06.Have only tried H4831sc,but no luck. This powder does excellent in my rifle with 115 gr. CT Ballistic tips and 100gr Hornady Sp interlocks.I would really love to use the Accubonds but as of yet they won't group.

Default RE: Need load data for 110gr accubond for 25.06

I called customer service at Nosler (1-800-285-3701) and spoke with a guy named Mike.He said to use the same data as the 115gr partition. He stated that the velocities would be about 2825fps faster with the 110gr bullet. He also recommended for accuracy seating the bullet .015 - .030 off the lands.I havea variety ofdifferent powdersand primers on hand that i will try.
I've nevershot theballistic tipsbut it seems thateveryone who has says they are extremely accurate in most rifles and Nosler claims the accubond is suppose to be just as accurate.I have however tried the 115gr partitions but i could never get them to groupvery well. This rifle has had the action bedded, barrel floated, and a trigger job and with the exception of the partition ithas proven to be very accurate with other bullets so i have no doubt the gun is as accurate as i can be with it.I'm off work a couple days next week and i hope to find the time to work with the accubondsa little. Thanks for the imput. GodBless! Mike

If i'm not mistaken JamesB on these forums uses100gr ballistic tips fromhis Ruger 25.06 on deer and has had good results with that bullet. You may want to pm him for some feedback or maybe he will come by later and see your post. Mike

Mike if you have any R-25 powder you may want to give it a try.I have been shooting it in my encore and it shoots great with the bullets I have tried, unbelieveabely good with the hornady 120 grain.I haven't tried it yet with the 110 accurbonds though.
Have you found you a bdl 260 yet?Thought I had found you a new one last week but after talking to the guy that had it he had changed his mind about selling it.It was still new in the box. Will still keep an eye open.

herman,
Thanks for the heads up on the RL25, i have RL22 & 19 and a variety of other powdersbut unfortunately the 25 isn't one of them.If i can't get anything to shoot that i have on hand i'll definately get acan of the 25 and give it a try.

I never did find a bdl 260 like i wanted, the guys i know that have one love it and don't want to sell. I've about decided on getting an encore and having a barrel made chambered for 260. I think that would be one sweet rifle. My 15yr old son may just get one for christmas and maybe he'll let me use it. Thanks, Mike
