I was shocked at the accuracy I got with IMR4350. I won't use that Hornady bullet, go with a decent on like Nosler or Sierra.
Check out how my 7mm08 turned out with IMR4350 powder. I am going to try Varget to see if I can get over 2800 with 140gr bullet.

I worked up a load for my Rem 700 Mtn LSS 22" barrel with 140 Game Kings and Varget. My hunting scope is a Burris 3-9X40 w/ Ballistic Plex reticle and I was trying to get the velocity up to about 2,850 FPS as that is what generated the trajectory that matched the BPlex reticle aim points trajectory the closest.
The Sierra manual max for the 140SBT is 43 Grn of Varget.
At 43.5 Grn of Varget my average velocity for 29 chronographedshotswas 2,860 FPS from a 22" barrel. My "range work" scope is a Simmons 6.5-20x50 and using that scope my groups were averaging about 1/2" CTC @ 100Yds. Using the 3-9x40 BPlex scope (I've got Leupold quick release bases & rings) the groups averaged 1.1" at 100 Ydsand 1.67" at 200Yds.
I also worked up a load for the Hornady 154 Grn Round Nose using H414. Again, I was trying to get the velocity up to around 2,800 FPS. This took a little more doing with the heavier bullet. Hornady's max for H414 and this bullet is 48 Grn and I had to work up slowely in 1/4 Grn increments but finaly hit 2,845 FPS at 49.5 Grns. 100Yd group size was .775". I'll be seeing how they do at 200Yds this weekend. If they hold MOA or better at 200, this is probably going to be the load I use for hunting this season.
I'm also working up a load for the Speer 145 Grn SP (Hot Core). I tried H414, but they didn't group well at all. Avg was 1.5". Based on your results, I'm going to give IMR 4350 a try next.
