Default Lost River Ballistics

Has anyone used these bullets on game? They have a very high ballistic coefficient, but appear to be designed for lots of penetration and not much expansion. Thx. Roskoe

I killed a grizzly with their predecessor the jensen j26.It was virtually anidentical bullet but with a polymer tip instead of the metal tip used on the j36.Penetration was very good and expansion was satisfactory.

I had a friend who shot a oryx with a .300 Warbird using a 180 gr. Lost River bullets. He had to shoot the oryx about three times. The bullet's cavitation properties were not stellar; a direct shoulder shot put the animal down. If memory serves me,the maker of Lost RiverBullets use to be on this board in the late 90's early 2000's. Good luck.
