Default H4831SC.......

Does anyone here load with it and what does it work calibers does it work well in? Thanks in advance.

270, 300win mag. About anything RL22 used in. I have used it in 270WSM. Works great.

I use 4831 ,still got several lbs left in the jug before I buy the new SC .
It is used in 30-06 with hevier bullets and over bore rounds like 25-06 , 7 rem mag ,the weatherby mags ect.

I use it in my 7mm rem mag,works great for me in my rifle!

It is one of the most versitile and usefull slow burning powders. The new short version meters better through most powder mearsures. It would work great in your 270 and your 243 with the heavier bullets. And as mentioned above, the 7MM Mag. Its one powder that I could not live without.

I feel the same way James about 4350. I find it more versitile. I like 4831 and to me its a tweaked 4350 that you can squeeze every fps out of.

I also understand that, similar to RL 22, the SC powders will pack in a case more efficiently - giving certain calibers a whole new level of potential.

So far I have... H335, H4350, H4831SC, Reloder 15 and Reloder 19...do you guys see anything else I may need? The 335 was gave to me...lol.

Got to have some H1000 for the big magnums and H110 for your 44, and Varget for your 08's. Boy, you need more.
