PRAYER REQUEST

Well for all of you who would like prayers said for anything this is the thread to post your request.

I hope that every one will check this thread for folks requesting prayer and also for updates on those being prayed for.

The power of prayer is unbeleivable so please feel free to request prayers and to pray for those requesting prayer.

This is the latest and most recently active prayer thread so I took the liberty of moving it into the new "PRAYER REQUEST" thread, Carpmaster I pray things are going well for your cousin.

Thanks for everything Taz, we found out that the tests all came out positive for MS I hope he is able to fight it well and that God helps him along with the fight which i know he will.

Carpmaster I will pray that God gives him and his family the strength to deal with this and also for the researchers the knowledge to continue to find better ways to treat MS.

We have a member whos in the hospital, I dont think he would want a big hoopla over it just a simple few prayers. I would like to add Critch to the list, I know he has a tough row to hoe, I'm praying for ya Bud!

We'll pray for him. One of my best friends has MS and it's rough on the whole family. But it is a disease you must fight, so tell your cousin not to give up.

Critch is added as well.

I've got a few prayer requests to make.

I have good friends Mike and Alicia who have just come thru a horrendous year. Her mom was watching their 5 mos old and while holding Jaz had a heartattack died and fell on the baby and smoothered her. When she got the call to come to her parnets house she was met by the media and the news helecopters and had to work her way thru to get into the house to find out what was happening. Needless to say they have been working thru a ton of stuff and bless her heart she has now worked thru her anger at the lord. As they will not intrust daycare to anyone they need to become a 1 income family, which means selling their house. The houseing market has been slow in their area and they feel so trapped. He is testing for the police department on the 23rd. He has tested in the past and always ends up as the first alt. If they have 2 positions he is the 3rd. This current position he does not have to pass the phyiscal or the written. Just the oral boards. It's huge for Alicia to ask to be prayed for.

My folks are flying out in a couple of weeks. My father has always hated to fly. Every flight to him is the same as being flown back on ship and he turns green. He hasn't flown since 9/11.

I'm concerned about critch. He was to call us at some point here and we haven't heard from him. Also I see he has not logged in here for a bit.

Sorry to be so long winded y'all. Sometimes I think its better to know what the request is about other than just requesting a slient prayer.

hey ya'll...my great aunt, one that we're all real close to in my family was diagnosed with cancer a while back and they did surgery to take it out and it worked for a little while but now its come back and its all in her chest cavity on her lungs on her trachea all over and the doctors gave her 3 pints of blood so all they did was buy a little time they're telling us to be ready cause she can go at anytime ya'll please keep her in your prayers this is the only sister my grandma has left and now cancer is eating her alive please keep me and my family in your prayers, especially my grandma and my mom

Annie I can not imagine what Mike and Alicia must have gone through, that was a true test of faith which what what you have said they came through just fine, I have said prayers for their whole family for God to continue to help them through these times and that Mike does well on his test. I just finished a prayer for Critch also, please let us know if you hear anything.

Bigcharles, prayers have been said for you, your family and your Aunt, I truly hope and pray that God will give your aunt the strength to go through her cancer with the least amount of pain possible and your grandmother the strength to accept what ever Gods will is for your aunt.
