Teach us dear God, that the power of prayer is made stronger by placing the world in your care! For everything is in your control.
Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will. Romans 12:2
Today, in this empty and troubled world, rely on God’s Word and His grace. Set your mind on things above. The things of this world are temporary and fleeting and cannot bring true comfort. Put your
hope in the Lord and diminish doubt and increase your faith.
