As we pay tribute to the many who gave all and paid the supreme price that others may enjoy life, liberty and pursuit of happiness, what have we contributed to the cause? How many battles have we fought? How many times have we stood in the gap and made up the hedge? How many times have we taken fire from the enemy, been hit by the fiery darts, received wounds as our comrades fled the battle and we had to face the enemy alone. How many giants have we had to face without any standing beside us to offer encouragement, help, or support?
Brethern, the war hasn't been won yet! The enemy is gathering support and rallying his troops step up the attack upon all things righteous and holy. The battle is raging fierce, hard, hot and heavy.
Sad to say, many have laid down their weapons and have surrendered without out a fight. Many are choosing to compromise and surrender without victory rather than choosing to continue fighting the good fight of faith.
It is time to listen to Bro Rebel Hog, "He that endureth unto the end, the same shall be saved". It isn't time to be saying peace and safety. It isn't time for a little slumber and a little sleep! It is time to call the soldiers of the cross to arms! It's time to go and take the land promised of God! There are still heathens living upon the Mountian that God has given us! Lets go NOW and take the land. I am still strong to carry the shield of faith and swing the sword of truth.

No Snooky!! Don't Offend the enemy! Agree with Him, win him with love. Put aside the doctrinal issues. Agree with thy adversary for the sake of unity.
Watchman, hold thy peace, become a dumb dog that has forgotten how to bark. The time to cry aloud is past. Don't lift up thy voice like a trumpet. Don't warn Gods people of the wages of sin. Don't call the church out of darkness into his light. Tear down the walls of the city, remove the gates. Replace the prayer meetings with pot luck dinners. Replace the bible studies with professional singing groups and puppet shows.
What memorials will the church leave behind for the next generation? Let us gather a few stones from the river bed and build a memorial on the bank of Jordan so when our children ask, what meaneth these stones, we will have a testamony to give.
Lift up the feeble hands that hang down! Awake out of sleep! stir thyself!
Ye are living epistles, know and read of all men. Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

We find a very sobering history lesson in 1 Kings 14:21-28. An account written no doubt for our admonition. Recorded that we follow not blindly down the same road of deception. We need to take heed lest we be found to follow the same path in the Spirit as Judah followed in the natural.
Notice that Judah did evil in the sight of The Lord and provoked him to jealousy with their sins ect. Where was the prophets? What was the watchmen doing? Where was the ministers of the Lord? Answer? They were feasting instead of fasting! Playing instead of praying! They had became dumb dogs that could not bark! Blind leaders of the blind! Hirelings that tickled ears. Willing to hold their peace rather that to risk offending the wealthy tithing rebellious multitudes. Supposing that gain is godliness. Brether, will we trade salvation for unity? Where were the captive children who refused to eat the Kings meat? Where was the ones standing in the gap declaring unto the King, "we are not even careful to answer thee in this matter"?
Shishak King of Egypt came with his army but no one dared to lift up a tongue against him, his armies, or what they were doing!! THERE WAS NO FIGHT! It was unconditional surrender! Is there not a cause?? Shishak stripped the house of the Lord of everything of value. The church of the Lord needs to wake out of sleep! She needs to remember from whence she is fallen and return again unto the old paths, wherein is the good way, and walk there in. The old paths wasn't built upon ice cream socials, pot luck dinners, puppet shows, dramas, skits, or surmonettes. It is time to cry aloud and spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, ect. Warm my people of their transgressions, and Israel of her sins!
Don't settle for a brazen substitute. For the glory of the latter house to be greater than that of the former, someone must say, "here am I lord, send me". If no one will lift their voice and cry in the wilderness, I will. If no one will stand in the gap, I will. If no one will lift up a standard, I will. If no one will fight the good fight, Lord I will. Lord if you be for me, who can be against me. Lord, one is a majority if you be with him, so who shall I fear?
Be not weary in well doing. The giants are in the land, where is the Davids? The Sampsons? The Shamgars? The Gideons, The Joshuas, The Calebs, ect?
Brethern It is time to stand up and be counted. That day shall not come except there come a falling away first. Not a falling away in the attendance on Sunday, nor of those proffesing to be christians, But a falling away from the old time power and demonstration of the Spirit within the so called Christian movement.
Will you take up thy cross and follow him? Will you be an example of the believers in power and in Spirit?
Are we ashamed to let our light shine before men? If you are ashamed of him, he will be ashamed of you.
Redeem the time for the days are evil.
