Who is Abrahams seed?

John Chapter 8 raised a good question concerning Abrahams seed. V 37, Jesus acknowledged that they were Abrahams seed: but ye seek to kill me, because my word hath no place in you. Then in verse 39, Jesus then says unto them, If ye were Abraham's children, ye would do the works of Abraham.
Are Abraham's children and Abraham's seed one and the same, or are they two separate groups? Abraham had two sons, one of the bondwoman, and the other of the free woman. Jacob and Esau? The elder shall serve the younger. The first shall be last.
Any care to comment?

Even The Arabs are Abraham's Seed and they spread terrorism all over the World.

But The Children of Abraham were and are those who seek and Love the Father with all their heart and soul as Abraham Did.

Right on Brother! If ye were Abrahams seed, you would do the works of Abraham.
Gal 3:6 Abraham believed God and it was ACCOUNTED unto him for righteouness.
James 2:21 Was not Abraham JUSTIFIED by works when he offered up his son Issac on the alter?

I understand that these to whom Jesus spoke could trace the linage straight to Father Abraham, so I ask you again-were these not Jews after the flesh? Is someone other than Abrahams natural decendents the children of Abraham? Explain your views.
