I think that's the term used in the Bible when someone says things behind your back they wouldn't dare say to your face (or even in a p.m.)?

I've learned that in most circumstances a lot more can be settled by talking TO a person rather than talking ABOUT them.

Just something to think about.

This is happening at my work, and I don't know why. Maybe they are trying to get in good with the boss, and they figure if he hates everyone else, he will like them? How about we all get along, work hard, and make our pensions? That's the way it used to be there, and it seemed to not only work, but increase the quality of the end product. Now we have guys scrambling for early retirement, and others job searching. I'm in the latter group.
