thanks for the gracious reply..God is takin gover my thought life and getting my boys back to God..
I just called the sheriff's department..this brought some relief..
C7 yes sir..my son was just arrested for taking the neighbor's golf cart for a ride..he won't see the judge until july 6th..do you guys realize he has ASP BURGERS and is mentally retarded with an IQ of 70..

C7. He was moved 50 miles today to South County.
Deputy..yes he was they have a facility to handle special needs inmates..
C7..smiling and relieved ..how can you tell when they are special needs.

That my friends brought some relief...my dear friends..a man will never know what birth pangs are all about ..only a women knows about birth pangs..and unless your a dad no one can truly understand what the prodigal's son's father is all about..my heart is aching until my sons are saved..the biggest bass or buck will never bring back your the kind of joy that salvation brings..The joy I now have is KNOWING God is at work in my family ..working out his will to the utmost. HE encouraged me greatly today..I'm not turning a new chapter in my life,.but rather a new book..the best efforts book is on the bookshelf..as God is teaching me his ways..by His Spirit..in a new book.a book that that the natural man can not know.
Appreciate the prayers..and they do work my friends..our words are more powerful than most realize.

Last month when goin gover the prodical son at our school Bible study..one new convert brotught up a very interesting point regarding the prodical son...
He said, " The prodical had to learn something that he couldn't learn at home."
I had a daughter that had to learn some lessons for herself. I pray this will turn out for you the way it did for me and my wife. A saved daughter with a Christian spouse. Prayers for you Chuck
Awesome..and Shawn I KNOW God is in this situation..He's doing some magor change in our lives as well..We are presently looking to buy a 2nd home..one that has a place separate for Aaron..we may rent our present home.things are happening so fast my main work is to be still and hear God ..
God has had His wonderful hands in this situation..Being my personality check I'll just give you all a straight out line and leave all the small details out..But you will truly see God's hand in this thing..
A.Right after the arrest happened I was trying to find the county sheriff's email to let him know about Aaron's disability...
B.next day...the Sheriff out of the blue sends me a newsletter..I'd forgotten I'd signed up for one last year..{ With an email address.}
C. I wrote a nice letter bragging on the sheriff who arrested Aaron and telling of his disability..
D.Next day..Aaron has been moved to his own private cell..
E.next day following that day..I was emailed by the sheriff letting me know it was my letter that got him moved..
F.I've been watching my neighbor's house the widow who lives there is staying with her sister..i saw a man carrying guns out of the house so I addressed him about it..{ -; he's her nephew and they had willed the guns to him.My wife started talking to him and his job is to find a facility for people like Aaron..He promiced to get us assistance for him..if we would continue to look after his mother..no problem{ -; he said, Leaving aaron in jail was wise...these kind of adults need the reality check as they continually live in a fantasy world." He works with Aspbergers..Aaron is Aspergers..small world [ -;
G.Lyn and I visited Aaron today..he looks 5 years older and mature...settled..patient..and happy. We set up a phone card where he can call us once daily. He's been reading his Bible and writing scriptures down..
H. Sheriff emailed again and said let them know if they can help anymore.
I beleive God is working in this situation.

Prayer request..that I can get ahold of Aaron's public defender before he goes to court so the judge will be aware of Aaron's disability..
here's the first letter I got back from the sheriff...I deleted his name at the bottom..God is wonderful

Thank you so much for your feedback concerning how your son was treated during his recent arrest. I have shared your email with the Chiefs over the Dept. of Detention and Law Enforcement. The Chief over the Dept. of Detention has ensured that, due to your son’s special needs, he has been placed in our jail’s Special Needs Unit. He has also been examined by the medical staff and is physically healthy.
Also I can assure you that the patrol deputies whom you praised will receive recognition for their kindness. We welcome feedback of any kind, good or bad, and when it is good we want to be sure and let the deputies know how they are appreciated.
As for his court appearance, it is suggested that you let the judge know of your son’s mental capacity, which may make an impact on the judge’s decision. Every little bit helps and it can’t hurt to try.
