Default God loves you

Ephesians 2:4But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,

5Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved
6And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:
7That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus. 8For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

Ehesians 3;16 I pray that from his glorious, unlimited resources he will empower you with inner strength through his Spirit. 17 Then Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him. Your roots will grow down into God’s love and keep you strong. 18 And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love is. 19 May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God.
20 Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think.

John3:16For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
17For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

1 Peter2;24Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.
25For ye were as sheep going astray; but are now returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls.

Psalm 36:7How excellent is thy lovingkindness, O God! therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of thy wings. 8They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of thy house; and thou shalt make them drink of the river of thy pleasures. 9For with thee is the fountain of life: in thy light shall we see light.

romans 5;5And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.
6For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.

Romans 8;35Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

36As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
37Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
38For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Purpose of Bible study..I'm getting verses ready to share for tomorrow's school Bible study..The Lord has been laying it on my heart to trust in His love rather than my efforts...

That's been a load off..{-;

Our own efforts only make things worse that before. Remember Ole Berr Rabbit and the tar baby? Walk in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.

Do they allow you to teach Bible lessons at your school? That would be awesome if it's allowed. I know of schools in several parts of the country that don't completely ban God from the classroom. It's probably not allowed, but it's happening anyway and I think it's great!

Yes sir Dave...our principal is a Baptist and allows it. He just hired a custodian who is a Baptist minister and one of the best examples of a Christian I've ever meant...very sweet mature individual..I feel challenged everytime I see his smiling face. He does his work very well too. He's been pastoring for 25 years..There are about about 6 of us who meet and we take turns preparing the lesson..This is done before school starts..we meet in a classroom

I've been going through some trials lately and felt I needed to do more to get God's attention..and the Spirt spoke to my heart."Or we could try trusting God's love and putting faith in His Word." {-; thus the reason for the verses I posted..

PS I got a very nice phone call from Rebel Hog last week. That man has a beautiful spirit as well.

God bless you and yours Dave,
C7
