The Gospel of Grace versus The gospel of the Kingdom
Maybe I need to try again to show the difference between the Gospel of Grace revealed to the apostle Paul and the Kingdom Gospel that Jesus and the 12 taught for the Nation of Israel.
We all fall under the Gospel of Grace now, jew or gentile, it does not matter. But during the tribulation the 144,000 will be teaching the Gospel of the Kingdom again.
Good examples under the heading of what Jesus taught are these four: Matthew 4:17 From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. Luke 3:3 And he came into all the country about Jordan, preaching the repentance of baptism for the remission of sins; Acts 8:12 But when they heard Philip preaching these things concerning the kingdom of God, and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women. Acts 8:36-37 And as they went on their way, they came unto a certain water: and a eunuch said, see, here is water, what doth hinder me to be baptized? And Philip said, if thou believeth with all thine heart, now mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the son of God.
Verses supporting to whom Jesus and the disciples taught are the following: Matthew 10:5-6 These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them saying, go not into the way of the Gentile, and into city of the Samaritan enter ye not: but go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. Matthew 15:24 But He answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel. Acts 5:31 Him hath God exalted with his right hand to be a prince and a savior, for to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins. Acts 10:36 The word which God sent unto the children of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ.
Scripture telling us that the disciples did not even know that Jesus was going to die include: Mark 9:31 For He taught His disciples, and said unto them, The Son of man is delivered into the hands of men and they shall kill Him; and after that He is killed, He shall rise the third day. But they understood not that saying, and were afraid to ask Him. Luke 18:33-34 And they shall scourge Him, and put Him to death; and the third day He shall rise again. And they understood none of these things and this saying was hid from them, neither knew the things that were spoken. John20:9 For as yet they knew not the Scripture, that He must rise again from the dead.
References to use in proving Paul was the apostle to the Gentile: Acts 9:15 But the Lord said unto him, Go thy way: for he is a chosen vessel unto Me, to bear My name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel: Romans 11:13 For I speak to you Gentiles, inasmuch as I am the apostle of the Gentiles, I magnify mine office: Romans 15:16 That I should be the minister of Jesus Christ to the Gentiles, ministering the gospel of God, that the offering up of the Gentiles might be acceptable, being sanctified by the Holy Ghost. II Timothy 1:11 Whereunto I am appointed a preacher, and an apostle, and a teacher of the Gentiles.
Some verses showing what Paul teaches: Romans 4:24 But for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we believe on Him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead; 25. Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification. I Corinthians 1:17 For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect. 18. For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God. Titus 3:5 Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; 6. Which He shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour; 7. That being justified by His grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.
These are just a few but they might help. Amazingly, There are 40 references regarding the kingdom message, 10 references supporting that the message taught by Jesus and the disciples was primarily to the Jew, 20 verses supporting that Paul was the messenger to the Gentiles, and 21 places that teaches the message of grace-- which is the gospel Paul taught. And of course the reference to top it all off is: Galatians 2:7 But contrariwise, when they saw that the gospel of the uncircumcision was committed unto me, as the gospel of the circumcision was unto Peter; 8. (For he that wrought effectually in Peter to the apostleship of the circumcision, the same was mighty in me toward the Gentiles. 9. And when James, Cephas, and John, who seemed to be pillars, perceived the grace that was given unto me, they gave to me and Barnabas the right hands of fellowship; that we should go unto the heathen, and they unto the circumcision.
That is the difference between the Gospel of the Circumcision and the Gospel on the uncircumcised.
The Kingdom will come to the Jews to fulfilled teh Abrahamic Covenant, Gentiles will participate in it , but it will be mainly for the Jew.

I agree, but so many on here try to mix the gospels. So which one are you saved by now?

Both one of the advantages Paul taught concerning the Jews who believe in the Messiah Jesus.
A Christian Jew is doubly blessed by the Covenant and by The Blood of the Messiah.
Just like the Apostles.

Can't be both. The Gospel of the Kingdom is not in effect now. We are under the Gospel of Grace. The problem is as I have stated before, people try to mix the 2 and end up getting heartburn.
No matter whether Jew or Gentile, one can only be saved by the Gospel of Grace now. We have to believe more than just who Jesus Christ was.
Sarge; If you are a coon hunter, you will understand this statrment. Your slick treed.
look at youe statement;
Can't be both. The Gospel of the Kingdom is not in effect now. We are under the Gospel of Grace. The problem is as I have stated before, people try to mix the 2 and end up getting heartburn.
Can't be both? Jesus told the Apostles something, you say he told Paul something contrary, (according to Sarge) Which time was Jesus wrong, and when was he correct? Can't be both can it? Which, if either time did Jesus reveal "The Everlasting" gospel. Paul said concerning THE Gospel, "There IS NO OTHER". If any preach "ANOTHER" gospel, let him be accursed. The gospel was to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile. Jesus said that THE gospel must be preached unto all nations. NOT Pauls gospel, but THE gospel. You make a play on words, but that doesn't change the facts, There is no other gospel.
Where did the Apostles get their gospel? From the mouth of Jesus. Where did Paul get his gospel? From the mouth of Jesus.
Whether Jesus stood upon earth, or spoke from Heaven, He was still God, manifest in the flesh, or received up into glory, Jesus is still God. God cannot lie. God cannot break his covenant, neither can he alter that which has gone out of his mouth.
Paul, upon who's words you seem to esteem above even the words of Jesus, said in Romans alnoe concerning the Gospel that it was:
The gospel of God.
The gospel of his Son.
The gospel.
The gospel of Christ.
My gospel.
The gospel of peace.
The gospel.
The gospel.
The gospel of God.
The gospel of Christ.
The gospel.
The gospel of Christ.
My gospel.
Paul also refered unto
The glorious gospel,
Our gospel.
The gospel of our Lord.
Where did Paul ever call it, "The gospel of grace"?
The problem as I see, it isn't a problem of mixing, it is a problem of adding to, and taking away from.
It is the replacing of THE GOSPEL, with another gospel when Paul declared that there is no other. Paul warned of being troubled, and moved away from THE gospel unto another, which IS NO OTHER.
Earnestly contend for THE FAITH, (which is The Gospel) that was ONCE delievered unto the saints. Be steadfast, unmovable, rooted and grounded, steadfast, in THE FAITH.
For those who don't understand the term, "slick tree", It is when a dog is chasing his game, the quarry will often place his feet on the trunk of a tree and start yo climb up, then return to the ground and continue on his course. The dog often fails to circle the tree to make sure the game didn't continue on, and will stop and start barkin up the empty, or "slick" tree. The quarry excapes while the handler of the dog wastes his time and energy only to find that ole Rover was deceived by a clever adversary.
That's where you and many Gentiles Err, The Covenant of God With Abraham is eternal, which part of eternal don't you understand ? It is so eternal That even after this World is destroyed the Heavenly city which he brings down from heaven and where we all believers will dwell for eternity, it has 12 Gates and each gate has the name of one of the tribes of Israel, Not the names of 12 Churches but the 12 Tribes of Israel into eternity.
Grace did not begin at the Cross for Jews, Grace began When Moses and the Israelites Accepted God's Covenant, so Jews were also saved by Grace Through Works, Grace was even offered to those that had being dissobedient and perished during the flood, When the Messiah Came and Atoned for the whole World Grace became available for the gentile By faith, To The Jew First and then The "Gentile"
God has not given up his sovereignty and as Supreme King and Savior , he decides who is saved and who is not, even when some Churches have boxed the gospel to their interpretation, God says " I will save whom I will saved", Yes Jesus Atoned for all
BUT all are not saved, teh blood must be applied to the sins of that person or he is not saved.

I for one don't have a clue what this thread is about LOL but I enloy seeing all the verses..Fall is here folks...I hope you all have a good year hunting and times of silence in the woods..
As far as GRACE ..no doubt..we are saved by grace...UNTO good works in Christ Jesus..We are ordained to bring forth fruit../ to bring glory to God..
"Be Strong IN the Lord and the power of HIS might."
1 What advantage then hath the Jew? or what profit is there of circumcision?
2 Much every way: chiefly, because that unto them were committed the oracles of God.
3 For what if some did not believe? shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect?
4 God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.
Romans Chapter 11
1 I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin.
2 God hath not cast away his people which he foreknew. Wot ye not what the scripture saith of Elias? how he maketh intercession to God against Israel saying,
3 Lord, they have killed thy prophets, and digged down thine altars; and I am left alone, and they seek my life.
4 But what saith the answer of God unto him? I have reserved to myself seven thousand men, who have not bowed the knee to the image of Baal.
5 Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace.
11 I say then, Have they stumbled that they should fall? God forbid: but rather through their fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles, for to provoke them to jealousy.
12 Now if the fall of them be the riches of the world, and the diminishing of them the riches of the Gentiles; how much more their fulness?
13 For I speak to you Gentiles, inasmuch as I am the apostle of the Gentiles, I magnify mine office:
14 If by any means I may provoke to emulation them which are my flesh, and might save some of them.
15 For if the casting away of them be the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead.
Don't you understand that if Jews are not saved neither are you, would God intrust His oracles to the unsaved ?
16 For if the firstfruit be holy, the lump is also holy: and if the root be holy, so are the branches.
Don't you understand Israel is The First Fruits and it is holy if it weren't holy as the root of the tree of life, then you also as a grafted branch UNTO Israel would be rotten ?

As all on here know I dont go by what Chuchianity teaches. This is going to get your goat KB. What Paul teaches is hard for many to understand. One thing that is highly misunderstood is the oracles of God. God committed them to Isreal but it is only given to those who are his! Just because you are a Jew doesnt mean you have salvation. The jew and the gentile have the same reward. The gentile becomes grafted in and becomes a jew inwardly. The jew who turns to Christ and is filled with the spirit does have an advantage.
2Cr 3:13We are not like Moses, who would put a veil over his face to keep the Israelites from gazing at it while the radiance was fading away. 2Cr 3:14But their minds(Isreal) were made dull, for to this day the same veil remains when the old covenant is read. It has not been removed, because only in Christ is it taken away. 2Cr 3:15Even to this day when Moses is read, a veil covers their hearts. 2Cr 3:16But whenever anyone turns to the Lord,(jew or gentile) the veil is taken away. 2Cr 3:17Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. 2Cr 3:18And we,(jew and gentile) who with unveiled faces all reflect [fn] the Lord's glory, are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.
