I may have posted this piece before. It's written by Bro Floyd Odom. He came to our church and gave it. I got it on CD and thought it was good.

The Bible is God’s written revelation of His will to man. There are 66 books written by 40 authors. . . . kings, princes, poets, philosophers, prophets, statesmen, highly intellectual men as well as men with little education.
In the King James version of the Bible there are:
31,102 verses
775,693 words
Psalm 119 is the longest chapter
Psalm 117 is the shortest chapter
Ezra 7:21 has every letter of the English alphabet except for the letter J.

It has been scorned and mocked by scoffers.

The Bible has been studied by the most intellectual geniuses ever to live.
The Bible has been taught by the greatest teachers ever taught.

The Bible doesn’t forsake you when you are sick.
It doesn’t flee when you’re under attack.

Fires of criticism could not destroy this book.
Winds and storms could not overpower and capsize this book.
Humanists, secularists, and scholars could not destroy this book.
Even Satan himself had to bow down when this book was quoted to him.
This book called the Bible is the greatest book ever written.
This book called the Bible is inexhaustive in its adequacy.
It’s a miracle book.
It’s a universal book.
It’s a personal book.
It’s inspired in its totality.
This book is immeasurable according to the weights and measures of man.
It is unsurpassed in literary beauty.
It is unequal in the simplicity of its expression.
It is immortal in its hope for the reader.
It’s the masterpiece of God.

In this book there’s an answer for international problems.

In this book there’s an answer for your community.
I have never found a problem that I can’t find an answer for in this Bible.
I have never found a sin that the blood of Jesus can’t blot out.
I have never found a heart so shattered that Jesus cannot put back together.
