Default Just gotta share

Hey gang ... been a while, but life is good and the Lord just keeps on blessing me. I just have to say that I have been feeling the call from the Lord to go to the Holy Lands since about 1998 , but something has always prevented it .... well not anymore. I will be leaving in March of 2010 for Isreal and Jordan for 2 full weeks. I am so excited I can barely contain myself. I had some tough months, going through a divorce, but stuck with the Lord, and He saw me through it... since then, I have had 3 opportunities ( different Ministries ) to go, and I chose the 3 rd. I cannot believe how much my life has improved, and the ministerial opportunities that have come my way... but this 2 weeks in the Holy Lands takes the cake.

Thank you God for all you do for me... It is still 9 months away and it is already making me grin ear to ear.

God bless you all, and I pray everyone has their dreams and callings for the Lord fulfilled.

You will be blessed..I'm happy for ya..When you touch that Isarel soil..you will be blessed ..when you are sitting in the middle of the Sea of Galilee..you will bask and remain in His presense for months ..One of the greatest expereinces I've ever had. I'm very happy for ya..When your there..Keep your eyes wide open and your mouth shut."Be still and know that I am God." That was the verse He gave me over there ..Some of the theologians were debating..not me..I was drinking in the sweet presence of God and treasuring all the things my eyes were beholding.. I put some soil from the Mt. of Olives in a baggie..still got is and I got a quart of water from the jordan...where I got rebaptized..The food is very healthy and delicious. HIs presence is 24/7 and very strong there ..you will cry alot..it's that strong.

But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strengths: they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

Good example to others Michael.

Be Blessed

I am glad for you Brother, make the most of the experience. Eveyone has his own goal, like, dislikes, ect. We all have different priorities, tastes and ambitions, and are motivated by different things. I've always been an odd duck to say the least. I've always wondered how anyone could not love a good gospel song played in the old time bluegrass accostical style. To think that loud = anointed is a mystery to me. To think that words show love more than deeds is hard for me to grasp.
I would love to go see the sites and learn more about the region and its customs, so if someone wants to send me a ticket, I can work it into my schedule, but until then, I will center more on being where he is at, that being where he was.

My parents went there over 33 years ago and still talk excitedly about it like it was yesterday. It seems that Christians that visit there always come back "fired up" to walk where Jesus walked. I'm happy for ya.
