More and more God has been touching my heart to live the 'Bridgegroom fast." a daily fast that simply livesto know God and to make him known..There are many such Christians out there..Here is one lady who lives a fasted lifestyle..see the glow on her face and desire in her heart..

For Christians who are tired of defeat, need a burden for souls, need joy and a sound mind..I would highly reccomend it.. Let Jesus be your guide and the purpose..to grow in your love for Him and others and you will never go back to the old carnal lifestyle..I did this once for 89 days and remember writing EVERYDAY.."I 've never been so happy in my life..lust has flown away and love is easy." I kept a journal...I'm back my dear freinds..and my joy is back as well..My main goal..to know Him more than ever and to effectively share Him with others..There are 100 of more benenfits..too many to write..There are also some powerful resources on line as I 've found God is raising up many to live this..They call it the Brigegroom fast..He said, my disciples WILL fast when I leave..

PS...fasting does not earn ones way into Heaven..Nothing can wash away your sins but the blood of Jesus..It simply is a Christians friend to speedily tap into God 's best..getting away from the distractions and every weigh of sin that doth so eaily beset us.Hebrews 12. During your regular meal times should be a time of reasdin gthe Word or prayer..IN 26 days one can complete the New Testament at 10 chapters a day.
