Well snooky, it's this way..............."The bible tells us that the man who say's there is no God, is a fool" and "The doctors tell us that the man who doesn't exercise, is a fool"

A 14 mile bike ride @ 4:00am? I know it gets hot down there early -- I tried to run before it was light when I'm down there -- but riding a bike in the dark can be pretty dangerous unless you're riding in well-lit areas.. . . and I don't remember it being that. Of course, if it's a stationary bike - like Reb's - you're fine!

My son and I started hitting the gym in the morning right after it opens @ 0530 before he has to go to school. So far, so good.

I actually rode this morning..3:50AAm I have lights on the front and back. The streets are lit up..1.3 miles away is a 3 mile walking lake.. that is very lit up and patroled..with bike trail..I do 4 laps around the lake and then go home..It takes about an hour..I also carry a 38 in my bike bag with cell phone..and weapons permit.I've been stoppped and checked once.

5:00 - 6:00 AM coffee with the wife...sing a few songs..read some of the Word..

6:00 - 7:00 AM..pull a few weeds from the garden with my headlamp on my head..shower ..pick up my bedroom a little..focus on my job getting markers and pens..cell phone etc.

7:00 AM drive to work..

We go to bed about 8 :15PM

PS I'm a morning person..I love the quiet time then.
Congrats on the gym work Dave..Matt does it about daily and has gotten pretty big.19 1/2 inch biceps..He works out at 2:30 PM ..at a gym as well.
