This test is very accurate..and the purpose of the test is to inderstand how my students work the best..and how other working adults work and what driives them .It's very accurate..
Simply choose the best answer in each of the 12 questions.At the end ..add yours As Bs Cs an Ds and see which of those you have the most of..I will interepteach test through PM..so as not to spoil the test for others.

I'm not a people person, I work hard and do the job right..if I'm your boss I expect you to do your part right and I have no time for chit chat..I don't like losing control of my environment...BOOM BOX neighbors drive me NUTS...[:-]My classroom is structure .structure ..structure..I'm not an intellectual .As a Christian I realize many of these are not good..so I don't drink alot of coffee....It's a job for me to chill out...and striking out fishing and hunting really bums me out...Hopefully God's love can make me into a better person.
My boss loves me..I got the highest job performance report card in the school..but my co-workers...different story.
