Happiness is just a state of mind within the reach of everyone who takes the time to be kind.
He who oppresses the poor shows contempt for their Maker, but whoever is kind to the needy honors God. Proverbs 14:31
Today take the time to befriend a co-worker or a neighbor. Volunteer to drive an elderly person or loved one to a medical appointment or cook a meal for someone in need or a new mother just home from the hospital.
