Wouldn't they have to have Obama's permission to use his picture in that ad?

They can do what PETA did and flood the you tube with it and get it on TV for free.

I also see inthe article that they didn't have money to get NBC yet, was the ad pulled or did they not raise the funds for it?

I don't know why every one wants to spend 3 million for 30 seconds ona super bowl commercial any way.

Theydo have the right to refuse buisness but they should have told them the real reason they were refusing it.
