How do I get to my in box to read my messages. it is not at the top of the screen anymore.

Go to the bottom of this screen and find in small letters.

Control Panel is at the top of the page where you sign in too. I haven't bee on here ina while and I didn't know what happened. I like it better the way it wuz.
