Hey all thanks for praying for my marriage. It' over, and I'm going to get a lawyer and make it official. I'm not going to say anything negative about her or her son, but I know in my heart that I've done all there is to do.
So it's going to be very hard the next few months, so please continue to pray that I can overcome the pain associated with divorce. I am hurting very bad right now, and feel very betrayed. I don't remember shedding these many tears in my life.
Thanks to my friends that have been checking up on me. you know who you are.
I have prayed for you and will do so as the Lord brings you to my mind.I have been there so I know what you are experiencing.Just ask the Lord where he wants your life to go from here and constantly seek his guidance in everything.Surround yourself with close friends constantly that you can trust and try and stay busy as you can but most of all stay in the word and let the Lord speak to your heart. You are in my prayers! Mike
Thanks so much this means very much to me. I know I'm not the first to go through this, but the thing that is so difficult is that we love each other very very much, and we tell each other how sorry we both arethat it didn't work out. This is what happens when neither of us are willing to forsake our own children or grandchildren. There has been a lot of damage done to our marriage from her son, and my children too. Sounds like we could make this work considering the love we still have for each other, but there's a lot more going on that I haven't shared with you all.
On the good note "Cowboy up"I'm going to do the things I have put behind me to make my wife happy. I'll be roping, training horses again, hunting and fishing more than the law should allow.
