Is it possible for a non christain to get into heaven, provided this person was very nice to other people and which not? I mean, that would mean since like only 10% of the world is catholic 90% of the earths people will spend life in hell?
Rev. pretty well said it all..if you haven't been born agsin , no matterhow good you are or how much money you gave to the church, you will not get into heaven..

Many will appear to be righteous on the outside but lie with wickedness on the inside. Jesus will know what is in your heart. There will come a day where every knee will bow and confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. I do not think that Jesus loves me any more than he does love you.
You seem to be at a cross roads? You will have to choose but you cannot have both. I try explaining this concept to my father-in-law who is a mason that questions Jesus but still calls himself a Christian. However, he calls the Masonic Temple that he goes to his church and bows down to a "worshipful master". I do not have any choice now but to leave him alone about it because I come off as pushy, dogmatic, and most of all disrespectful although I constantly honor him by loving his daughter and praising the good Lord for the good job that they did in rasing her! I have a very difficult time trying to tell him that he can only serve one master and not both. It's frustrating but I am lying that down for the Lord. I pray for himand my brother-in-law ALL of the time.

That verse alone makes it pretty clear that it's not how good we are that gets us into Heaven because NONE of us are. What Christ did on the cross is what gives us the access to Heaven. Placing your faith in Christ and trusting Him is absolutely necessary to gain access.

There is NONE righteous, no not one. All are sinners and have no right to eternal life. There is a way provided for those who desire eternal life with God. There is remission of sinsavailable through the washing of the blood of the Lamb of God. Without that blood applied, the death angel will certainly visit your home. Repent and believe the Gospel.

Interpreting scripture is where many men make many mistakes. I would hesitate to say to anyone that they will not be saved because they "were not a Christian". GOD will make that decision.
