my sister called and said that Mom has been taken to the hospital and it really looks bad this time. she is in CICU, and they are limiting visitation-she's too weak to see anyone. blood pressure was 100/40 last time they checked, she was given blood this afternoon in both arms to build up the blood supply in her body. bleeding in lungs and abdominal cavity. and she has given up hope. just wants to pass on and get out of the pain. i'm gonna try to get up there tomorrow (4 1/2 hr trip), but i've been laid up all weekend with heart pains and the wife is fighting me over going, thinking it may make my condition worse. but i have to go. my sister is there by herself, and she shouldn't be facing all this, and making decisions by herself, without support. please pray that the end will be soon, and that the pain will stop, and for comfort for all the family. i know that the Lord will carry Mom home soon, and just pray that she doesn't suffer any more than she has already. i also ask for prayer that i can stand up to the trip and everything that will have to be done when she is gone. thanks in advance-Bill

"There's room at the cross for you."
I remember when my mom could bearely breath and could not stay awake and we rushed her to the hospital and found out she is in her end term of emphazema. She is on a breathing machine now and does not have much time left but that time when I was in the hospital a grown 33 year old man could not stop crying all day. That was two years ago and I am now 35. The other day she tripped over a slipper and broke her shoulder and she is in a lot of pain. Her legs are also swollen. I do not want to let her go but at the same time I want her to see Jesus and be free from pain and waiting on me.
I never know what to say in these situations so I usually keep my mouth shut and I know that it is easier said than done but have faith in the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. My heart goes out to you brother
