I saw on the news the other day that 80% of the population of the USA is claimed Christian. I laughed when I saw that. If that were the case Obama would not have been elected. Thats what I think.
We will know when Christ returns, I think 60% are going to be very dissapointed.

80% Christian actually sounds about right. A little over 10% of the population of the U.S. have no religious beliefs, Jews, Muslims, Buddhists, Hindus and other small sects are a little less than 10% of the population. That adds up to 20% non-Christian leaving the remaining 80% to be made up of various Christian denominations such as Protestants, Roman Catholics, Eastern Orthodox, Mormons and others.
You cant count Christians by the number of denomination members. No such thing as a denomination in the Bible.I can claim to be a hunter also, because I bought a huntin license, But never hunted and taken a animal.
