A word From my Wife..

This morning as my wife finished her Bible study she said," I 've nver noticed this before in these verses."

Psalm 34:12 What man is he that desireth life, and loveth many days, that he may see good?
13Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile.
14Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.
15The eyes of the LORD are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry.

This Psalm gives us the recipe for good days..I knew this but my wife said, "But look at the verse ahead of those"..

11Come, ye children, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of the LORD.

"Sothis tells us..that they who run their mouth carelessly have no fear of God."

With that I said." Wow! thanks for that word." []I needed to hear that one.

Those verses tell me that God diligently watches over the righteous.

Thanks for the kind words brothers and sisters. It seems my 3 main hang ups..{And I don't take this lightly } but are..

a. foolish talk...which i did much better today..I hate to think I don't fear the Lord..What a fearful thought.[:-]

b. Over eatting..I know God has been dealing with me about that and it's a matter of obedience or disobedience..

C. not letting other people get my goat...and eatting me up..I know I should be fast to forgive and walk in mercy..

Those 3 areas are my daily strongholds to overcome..
