Default Sunday Sermonette

Good morning and welcome to the church on the net..it seems like it was only yesterday and i was waiting for spring and here it it is fall already..time passes fast when you have heaven to look forward to and we are just another day closer to tha day when we will meet in heaven..oh what a glorious day that will be.Amen! but the sad part of it is , some of our loved ones and friends will be here to meet us. that is why we need to preach the Word and tellothers about Jesus and what He did for us. please continue to pray for one another's needs and especialy the lost..

Heavenly Father, we love you and thank you for your mercy and grace and ask you to , according to your will, touch those in need whatever it might be..heal the sick and take away the discouragment and we will thank you and we ask this in Jesus name and for Christ sake..

11-It is a faithful saying: For if we be dead with him, we shall also live with him:
12-If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us:
13-If we believe not, yet he abideth faithful: he cannot deny himself.
14-Of these things put them in remembrance, charging them before the Lord that they strive not about words to no profit, but to the subverting of the hearers.
15-Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
16-But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.
17-And their word will eat as doth a canker: of whom is Hymenaeus and Philetus;
18-Who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already; and overthrow the faith of some.
19-Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity

I received this from a friend in california and thought i would share it with you..

For the one who has called upon the Name of Lord, there is a peace and serenity that others will never understand apart from knowing Him. God wants His children to walk the path He has for them and He will give us the necessary understanding through the Holy Spirit. God is not arbitrary as man can be and is not here for the moment, the day, week, month or year, but is with His children forever. That has a very nice ring to it. Most of us are not sure about tomorrow with work or maybe even today, you are unclear on your relationships, but the only one who moves from God is the one who is being disobedient to the Word of God and desires to continue on in that way. Look at the two above who were causing problems because they did not understand or did understand but wanted to cause problems for the family of God. Each will be recompensed in due time and they will not escape the Hand of God though they may run far and wide, He will rule! Another month is
almost passed and we are heading to what we call the holiday portion of the year. May God open each of our eyes and heart to what He has for us and may be we faithful in carrying it out..
Father we cannot thank you enough for all you have done for us and we and have done so little for you..and father if there is one here today, lost and without hope of heavn may this be their day of salvation..we ask this in Jesus name and for Christ sake, Amen..
