Default Sunday Sermonette

Good morning to all and pray that all,is well at your house..i am still struggling with my health but God has blessed me greatly and i have no complaints as heaven just gets closer each day..let's not to forget to pay for one another and you may be surprised what God may do in your life or the life of a loved one..
it is raining here now and the wind is picking up slightly and the worst is yet to come..i am posting this early because everytime it storms i lose my internet connection till it dries out

Father thank you for taking care of us and i pray that no one will die in this next hurricane that is oming toward central Florida..we pray for the needs of thy people and for the lost to be saved in Jesus name and for Christ's sake, AMEN

13 For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe.
14 For ye, brethren, became followers of the churches of God which in Judaea are in Christ Jesus: for ye also have suffered like things of your own countrymen, even as they have of the Jews:
15 Who both killed the Lord Jesus, and their own prophets, and have persecuted us; and they please not God, and are contrary to all men:
16 Forbidding us to speak to the Gentiles that they might be saved, to fill up their sins alway: for the wrath is come upon them to the uttermost.
17 But we, brethren, being taken from you for a short time in presence, not in heart, endeavoured the more abundantly to see your face with great desire.
18 Wherefore we would have come unto you, even I Paul, once and again; but Satan hindered us.
19 For wbe the o.
nes to minister to the people of Thessalonia?
hat is our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? Are not even ye in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ at his coming?
20 For ye are our glory and joy1Thess,2:13-20 kjv..
All too often we forget that we are only the messengers and that it is the work of the Spirit of God to convict and open their eyes to the the state they are in. I wish i could get someone saved but i can't, but i can tell them about Jesus,.Amen..You and I were in that same place at one time and it was the work of the Sweet Holy Spirit that opened our eyes to who we needed and how badly we need Jesus. just stop and think, what would our lives be like without Jesus? you know that old saying,"But for the grace of God there go I." Paul has a real desire to minister to the people God has brought across his path. You and I should have that same desire and that love and cosideration, for those who are lost and hell bound and want others to have the peace that we have. Will it be easy? No way!! In fact, as we read in verse 17, Paul wanted to come a number of times, but for some reason, God allowed Satan to stop him from coming to them. Did his desire change or did he realize that God wanted something else from Paul and that others would be the ones to minister to the people of Thessalonia? It is the the same for us and doors may be closing, I,m sure when you have been winessing you have been discouraged many times because the person wasn't immediately saved.. It is the the same for us and doors may be closing, but that only means we need to be praying and seeking to understand what God has for us. Never become discouraged, and quit but learn to trust God in whatever circumstances He has you in. When we learn this lesson of life, then it will bring true Peace to your heart and allow others to see the Life of Christ coming through you.you may be in ill health, there is no reason for us to stop serving our LORD, Amen.. but always live day by day so that others might see Jesus in you.
Every now and then i like to present the true gospel just in case some one has not heard it.. It is found in 1Corinthians 15:1-11,

"1 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
5 And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve:
6 After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep.
7 After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles.
8 And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time.
9 For I am the least of the apostles, that am not meet to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God.
10 But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.
11 Therefore whether it were I or they, so we preach, and so ye believed." kjv..
now you have read it so you have no excuse..you must believe it, repent of your sins, ask Jesus to forgive you and ask him into your heart that He will be your Lord and Master..if you have never done that won't you do it today? i promise you that you will never regret it..
Have a great weekend and may His Peace be with you each and your families.

Father, what a joy it is to know that you are there for our every need and that you do answer prayers..it is my prayer that someone will receive a blessing from thy precious Word which is a guiding light through a dark and sinful world..thank you so much for loving us and we love you and thank you in Jesus name and for Christ's sake, AMEN...
