Default Sunday Sermonette

another month has passed and we are that much close to Jesus coming for His bride..are you ready to meet him?pray for one another's needs and for the lost that they too can know him as Lord and Master..in our text today, Paul is writing about the pre-eminent of Christ..

Father may thy sweet Holy Spirit have complete freedom in our service today and may He show each of us what He wants us to see.. thank you for loving us and thank you Jesus for calvary and it's in your name and for your sakeI pray Amen

15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:
16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.
18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.
19 For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell;
20 And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.
21 And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled
22 In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:
23 If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister Collossians 1:15-23 kjv..

What man wants is equality with God, but does not want any of the consequences of doing wrong or having to answer for actions of the past. Jesus is the only answer that will allow us to stand before God and then it is not ourselves but the blood of the Lamb of God which allows us to do that. then ONLY those who have Jesus as Lord and Master have this credited to their account as it would be. what we do after we are saved only validates what God has shown through His Word. At the time of our salvation, God could take us home. We are complete and there is nothing else that needs to be done. Yet God has chosen His redeemed children to be the ones who carry forth the message of Life that is only found in Jesus. that my friends is the only reason we are here, to glorify God, and what better way than to lead the lost to Christ and they rerceive him as Lord and Master..I ask you, how many times this week have you told someone about Jesus? another summer has flown by and schools for the most part have restarted. Life flows on and each day we come closer to being with Him for eternity. you and I can not stop this clock and the day will come when each of us will stand before Him.
what will God see in us should be a life that was given to Jesus and lived to the fullest as He directed our steps. have a great weekend and may His Peace be with you each. have a great holiday with family and friends! and please, tell someone about Jesus,after all He died for you and me..what a wonmderful Saviour

Father we thank you for the precious Word you have for us, to guide, and direct our paths..and asalways if someone here is lost and without a Saviour may this be their day of salvation..these things we ask in Jesus name and for Christ's sake, Amen..
