Default Where is everyone at??

Dear fellow Christians..

The Word says ..1 John 1:7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

Where is the "We have fellowship one with another."

If one is truly walking in the light there is no reason why we can't get along and have fellowship..I don't care what church you go too...His love " Shed abroad in your hearts " should be able to enable you to .."Bear with one another" "To over look a transgression" "To strive for unity" "To forgive one another even as Christ hath forgiven you." "Bear ye one anothers burdens so fulfilling the law of Christ" and"to endureall things for the elect sake."

This should be the busiest forum in the evening..You will never get another negative word from me..as God's peace in my heart will not allow it..God has given each one of us His peace ..His Spirit teaches us how to answer every man ..." Seasoned with grace" ..evenif there are a few babes who are not walking in God's peace..by all means there should be enough of mature believers to keep us all together.."Knitted together in love."

Folks...let's be the light Jesus has called us to be..

Jesus said "By the love we have for one another the world will KNOW HIM." For the sake of the unlost..let us demonstrate on here love for one another..if you agree with them or not..It's not about us it's about glorifying God by bearing fruit.

God bless my brothers,

IF by chance I have offended any of you..please PM me so I can get down on my knees and beg for forgiveness.

Sincerely,
Chuck7

Chuck7,

I have to agree with you my brother. While I know that most who post here are sincere, many seem more interested in "converting" everybody else to their point of view rather than to Christ. Paul faced, and addressed, the same problem in ICor. 10-18. I would advise everyone that wants to argue every little point that comes up, to read and heed this passage of scripture. We all have so much more in common than what divides us, if we could just get together on what we all believe, we just might be able to bring a few moreto the foot of the cross rather than bringing them to our point of view. I know this may sound a little hard but really, we need to "convert" the sinners, not each other.

Blessings.....Pastorjim

I have been busy lately but think asking oneself WWJD is a good start to posting in a more christian manner. Acting more Christlike is never a bad thing and is chicken soup for the soul.
