Amen! I have a friend, who recently had to meditate on the 10 commandments for ALONG time in bible school... he got piles of insight on what we would normally just consider commands... Now in a sense he also see's them as promises... promises from God, saying that although we will still mess up, knowing right from wrong is not an issue, like we know what is expected, and He will help us through temptation.... though it kinda fits in...
