I look at the board and I see so much confusion. I for sure don't have ALL the answers. One God, God, Jesus, and the HS. Of course we say if we ALL just Believe. Is their JUST One Church. Do we need to Repent. What do we Confess. Baptism in Water, Of the HS, For the Forgiveness of Sins. Lord's Supper how do we take it, do we need to take it. Worship....How do we need to Worship. Is their anything in a Name. Sing, Play or Both. Are the Women Silent in Worship. Can a person be the Husband of MANY Wives and divorse for any and ever reason and be pleasing to God. Do we need to Study everyday. Does Love cover all sins. What is the Gospel. Should Babies be baptized. Oh, Should we wash Feet, have long Hair, Cover our heads, Pray in a Closet.
We can't agree much on anything. Have we all been sent a Strong Dislusion.

I know exactly what you mean. This is denominational theology at it's best. We have some here ( not to mention names ) that believe they have the secret to heaven, and if you don't belong to their certain denomination your doomed.. One reason, I don't respond to so many post. Jesus is the same yesterday today and forever!

I am going to heaven and it's no secret how i know and i share it with others every chance i get..the bible tells me so..Jesus said "I am the way, the truth and the life, no one cometh to he Fatherbut by me..denomination has nothing to do with your salvation, only your trust in Jesus counts..there is but one true gospel,"Jesus came to earth and was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, was crucified, and buried, and arose from the grave and ascended into heaven and he iscoming back soon..whether Jew, baptist, pentecostal, methodist, or what ever, you must believe itrepent of your sins and askJesus tosave you.. that's it folks..

This Quote I don't understand in light of Acts 4: 12 and John 14:6 can you please explain?
If you are a Christian, than just continue to read the bible daily and believe in Jesus Christ and always seek him first. You do not earn your way in to heaven, it is up to the almighty. He will know if you are sincere or not, but I believe that you are.
By this world we are bound by sin until we are judged and made holy. Until then we all fall short of the glory of God. Just make sure that you do not fall in to the grips of those societies that try to push the "dogma" of religion on to you!

Your concerns were dealt with by our Lord when He said we must become as little children. Children believe. They don't sit around and intellectualize their faith to the point where they start having doubts.
You and I worship differently, but we both believe the same thing, that Jesus suffered for our sins. After that He rose from the dead because He had conquered death and sin. He went up from this earth, but will some day return for us.
Some people enjoy debating over fine points of doctrines, but the important thing is in my paragraph above. That's all it takes.
If you feel yourself having doubts, stop thinking about questions and just pray that your faith be strengthened and it will happen.
