Our Flag
A strip of deep red-the blood which they gave,
Then one e'er so white our counry to save.
On a corner of blue-many stars do shine
Yes, the flag of our country- thank God it is mine..
As we celebrate Memorial Day let us not forget those who have given their lives that we might be free . what a great privilage it is to be able to to to church and openly worship our Lord and Saviour..and what a privilage it is to be able o share with others how Christ died on the cross for our sins..but remember that these freedoms that we have cost the lives of many men and women in our armed services..and most of all remember that our spiritual freedom cost Jesus His life..we servw a qonderful Saviour..
Stand with me and face the flag and let's sing this wonderful tribute to our service boys and girls.
Oh, say can you see by the dawn's early light What so proudly we hailed at the twilight's last gleaming?
Whose broad stripes and bright stars thru the perilous fight,
O'er the ramparts we watched were so gallantly streaming?
And the rocket's red glare, the bombs bursting in air, Gave proof through the night that our flag was still there.
Oh, say does that star-spangled banner yet wave O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave?
God bless all of you here and yes GOD BLESS AMERICA!
