I will be honest, God has a hard time with your divorce as well. That maybe why you feel more distant? But he still loves you and I don't think he will shut you out.

Hey Chuck,

Good to hear from you, brother. I am sorry for your pain. I too know that pain, and I understand how bad it feels. God also knows your pain, and while we wish He would stop things, and make them " right " again, He gave everyone free will. That does not help you, but what will help you is knowing that even though He does not want you to be divorced, any more than you want to be divorced, that He can take the worst the world ( other people ) deal out to you and use it for good. I know, because He did so in my case. He took the worst situation I could have imagined, and used it for good. Turned it around for His glory. And, by doing so, He took away my pain.

Stay in the Lord, Chuck. When we are in Him, He can work through us. He can turn our life's disappointments into His successes. Please believe me...... as I said, I know.... My wife left me for someone else, and took our 3 children. I never thought I would smile or laugh again. I never thought I could love again. But instead of drifting away, I moved even closer to the Lord, and my life changed forever. He took my pain, and gave me a reward I could never deserve.

I will continue to pray for you, brother.

God Bless

Michael

Thanks for all the replys. Wayne (motor) I know all things work for the greater glory of God but how can spliting up after 27 years be for the greater glory of the Lord I just don't understand this at all ? I know some of this will piss a lot of people off and right now I don't care but this makes NO NO sence at all to me I guess I am dumb and slow. You all know what God has given me and the wife all this land and a nice home cars and trucks and guns and then destroy it after given it to us. God I must be really dumb because I don't understand what is happimg to us.....
