Every one of us is different, but I have found that once those thoughts come into your mind you must think of something immeadiatly, or go find something to occupy your mind. Also, remember God said He would not put us into any temptation we are not strong enough to overcome!
HOpe this helps..

You can see it as a "lust for women" or you can see it as the natural biological urge to procreate. Didn't God tell Adam and Eve to "be fruitful and multiply?"It's not hard to figure out what he meant by that. So why not convert that "struggle" into settling down with a wife and family?

It is a high but you still have to make a choice. Just remember that God does not approve of anything that is destructive. The devil is in to destruction. Porn is definately destructive. We do not have the right to be destructive. I am not accusing you of watching porn, just sayin'.....

So long as we are in the human form we will be bound by sin until Jesus returns. All men who have a blood flow and a penis seem to have this problem. You are not the only one. You need not be ashamed. Do you feel guilty about it? Do you have a genuine remorse? Do you talk with Jesus and ask for forgiveness?

I am always looking around at different women and I have to remind myself to pluck my eye out
(not litterally). It is like any addiction, seek God and keep picking yourself back up.

God bless.

John Wesley said,"You will battle lust to the day you die."

Peter says in the Word "That lust wars against our souls."

We all need to walk in the Spirit..It's the only way to overcome sin..and even then as we do our best..we come up short. We are saved by the blood of Jesus.

I have found it helpful to always keep a bible available, in times of need and / or struggle. Keep a Pocket Bible in your back pocket, and when those thoughts hit you, open the Bible and begin reading. With the Word of God, and a command from you, the devil will flee, and those thoughts will go away. They might come back again ( probably will ) but get the bible out again, and get after it. Those thoughts will come back less and less, and you will be enriched by the Word..... It's a win / win.

MichaelT. give you some very good advise! Use the Word and overcome! Pay special attention to Jud 1:4. It says there are men out there who well tell you its ok to sinand actually use Jesus as a way to justify their sin. They actually theydeny the whole purpose of our Lord dying on the cross. Jesus died so we could be filled with the holy spirit which gives us strenth to overcome all sin.Obedience is written on nearly every page of the bible. The majority of the time disobedient people are destroyed or afflicted with disease. Jesus once healed a man and said stop sinning or something worse may happen. He didnt say alright you screwed up this time and if you do it again come back and I'll heal you again! Repent(To Turn away from sin)for the kingdom of heaven is near!(and live every day sin free like Jesus is returning on your next breath)

1Jo2:16
For all that [is] in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

1Jo2:17
And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.

Gal5:16
[This] I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.
[/align]

1Cr6:18
Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a man commits are outside his body, but he who sins sexually sins against his own body.

1Cr7:2
But since there is so much immorality, each man should have his own wife, and each woman her own husband.

1Cr10:8
We should not commit sexual immorality, as some of them did-and in one day twenty-three thousand of them died.

Gal5:19
The acts of the sinful nature are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery;

Eph5:3
But among you there must not be even a hint of sexual immorality, or of any kind of impurity, or of greed, because these are improper for God's holy people.

Col3:5
Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires and greed, which is idolatry.

1Th4:3
It is God's will that you should be sanctified: that you should avoid sexual immorality;

Jud1:4
For certain men whose condemnation was written about* long ago have secretly slipped in among you. They are godless men, who change the grace of our God into a license for immorality and deny Jesus Christ our only Sovereign and Lord.

Jud1:7
In a similar way, Sodom and Gomorrah and the surrounding towns gave themselves up to sexual immorality and perversion. They serve as an example of those who suffer the punishment of eternal fire.

I have been trying to find a nice woman to settle down but the good lord hasnt set me one. Usually I am good for the most part. If walking around see women. If watch a movie and a sex scene comes up or theres an ad on TV for womens bras or whatever then it triggers those lust feelings.

You need to refocus your thoughts in other directions. It IS natural to have those feelings, but you don't have to let them control you. My husband and I hung around together for several months before he ever touched me. And I mean that literally, no kissing, no making out, nothng. Did we think about it? Sure, we both did. But the time wasn't right. We had to build a relationship and we wanted to do it the way it's supposed to be done. Do constructive stuff. Go hunting and fishing. If you're not going to school, go to school. (Great place to meet girls by the way.)
