Story my Pastor told.
Yesterday one of the kids askedour Pastor what heaven looks like and this is a story he told to the Sunday school.A man who died and went to heaven Saint Peter was there and an angel to open the gate and the man said wait there is something I want to bring with me, and Peter said no you can't bring anything in you have everything you need, but the man insisted and so Peter finally gave in. The man came back dragging the biggest piece of gold that he could manage, and Peter laughed and said this is what was so important, I gave in for you to bring back a chuck of pavement. He further explained that the moral of the story is we will not know exactly what heaven looks like until we get there because it is more beautiful than we could ever imagine. The other moral, earthly possessions mean nothing to God.
