Default prayer request

Please remember my friend Sonja and her family in your prayers, ecspecially her mom Marilyn and her little brother Wes. On the 11th Sonja's dad was working on cleaning up his yard and was trying to cut up a tank that someone had buried, he was cutting the end with a torch and it exploded. His son Wes and his friend were in the house and heard the explosion. They ran out to see what happened and his dad was engulfed in flames. He started to roll on the ground but the ground was saturated and soaked into his pants and shoes. Wes and his friend tried to put out the fire but he kept reigniting. He was conscious the entire time and trying to calm his son down telling him that he was okay and to slow down.
He made it to the hospital but the doctors only gave him a 25% survival rate and God took him home yesterday. Wesley is only 16 or barely 17.
He really needs special prayers to get through this time.

What a special love Leslie had for God and his son to try and comfort Wesley during such a tragic event. I am very thankful that Leslie and Marilyn raised their children in the Lord and that they have deep roots in their faith.

Thank you for being such a great support network!

Prayers definitely sent out for the family. What a tragic accident. This should remind us all that we should forever be ready in our salvation. We never know when the Lord will call us home.

That just leaves me without words to say.

"What a special love Leslie had for God and his son to try and comfort Wesley during such a tragic event."

If that right there does'nt strike a person to the core then what will.

I will be praying for this family.

I just don't understand it all. I am so sorry for their loss. What a man to try to comfort his son in such a bad time. This stuff just bring tears to my eyes. God have mercy on the family! Prayers sent!
